What are the best apps to entertain the kids during the holidays or on weekends educational or entertaining way?

Considering this response, Bitllab Technology developed the first volume of a series of 10 educational applications, geared exclusively for early childhood education. We thought about how we could help children to develop a quick thinking, coordination, creativity, in other different aspects for this phase so important in development.
